Does anyone have experience with testosterone levels here? Got my bloodwork done this week I’m 36 sitting at 536 level. Dr says that’s in range but I’ve become skeptical about his opinions..
-
I have a lot of experience. 536 actually isn’t horrible. Is it optimal? No. But also
-
Probably not low enough that MOST docs would want to treat. You could take a small amount of testeosterone and probably get that to 1000ng and would feel even better. private message me with any questions you might have 🙂

We are going to start talking a little more about personal development in the collective. To get and stay fit all comes down to the person you become in the process, my friends. Get ready because it’s about to get fun 🙂

I’ve got a party to go to today with lots of food and sweets. I’ve gotta keep this in mind
-
Who here has tried any of the recipes?
Which one is your go Fav?
Think I will try the Hash Brown and Cheese Breakfast Bake this weekend.-
That one is amazing! I also really enjoy the turkey and spinach feta burgers

Into the weekend we go! The weekend is always a struggle for me because through the week I have so much structure. Not so much on the weekends. My goal is to eat my regular meals and hit my steps! ♥️ Any one have any advice on staying on track through the weekend that’s helped you?
Keep Busy, Lots of water, long walks and enjoy the days. Stay focused on your goals
-
I totally feel the same way! So much structure during the week and then the weekend hits… I like the quote I heard once “Don’t let your weekend be your weak end”. We got this 🙂
-
Mary! I love this so much! I think I will be making that quote my Lock Screen for the weekend! 👏🏻
-
You are so welcome! I can’t claim it, but it is a darn good one 🙂 We can do this!

@bradjensen Question,
What are the cons of having coffee right after you have taken Creatine if any? I have been hearing that caffeine can affect it. I can give more detail if needed. I workout in the mornings and also love my couple of coffees in the morning.
This question is open to anyone really. Happy Friday everyone-
Oh! I didn’t know that! I’d love to know too! I mix creatine in my pre workout 🤭
-
Hey brother! I’ll have to dive more into the literature, but I don’t remember ever hearing that those two can counteract one another
-
Thanks Brad. I hope not lol!! love me some coffee before and after workout
-
-
This is not coming from a medical journal just from being a nurse, Creatine and caffeine are both ergogenic aids, meaning they both help improve exercise performance in some way.
Having more creatine available in the muscles during resistance workouts can help you put in more reps over time, which can translate to faster muscle growth and…Read More -
I had heard this a few years ago and stopped. I used to mix it with my coffee and protein. Just read this article and it says that was older research. Newer research says there isn’t an issue and more research is needed. https://www.healthline.com/health/creatine-and-caffeine

I’ve noticed when I’m doing bench press while laying on the bench after the first set I start to get pain in my lower back which makes no sense to me. Is it something with my form? It makes no sense to why that is the only exercise where I have it. Any help would be great

Hey Matt! If you can send me a video in the private chat, i can help correct your form and see whats up 🙂

How do you guys say no to snacks and food that doesn’t align with your goals. I really feel like there’s a pull unhealthy food when I at work, out to eat, etc. Does anyone have a specific thought process you go through to say no?
-
For me if I have healthy alternatives that I actually enjoy on hand, that helps a ton! Also making sure my meals are prepped and I am eating them on schedule. If I let myself go too long between meals and the cravings kick in, it’s game over for me. Eating out is hard but I do know if I fill up on something clean an hour or two before going out, I…Read More

I am also curious on others responses because I struggle with the same!
-
I agree with Sean, you have to take all your snacks and lunch to work with you, definitely some meal prepping. As far as the going out to eat 🤦♂️ I just don’t go right now. I used to go for pitas at lunch and try to track it but I don’t think I was tracking right. So it’s about discipline and look at what your goals are. Hope it helps a bit. The…Read More

Lately, I’ve gotten inconsistent with everything. So my February goals are back to basics… tracking food daily and hitting water goal daily. I really hadn’t been following my step count so I’m going to pay attention to that to see where I am and then set a goal from there.

Get back to being consistent with the basics! It will build a solid foundation to start stacking habits upon. Best time to start is now. You got this Michelle!

Heyyo. My goal for this month is to wake up 3-5 minutes earlier every morning so by the end of the month I am awake an hour earlier than the start of the month. That extra hour gives me time to read, get my mind right for the day and set myself up for continued success. Crush your goals, team!

Hi there! I’m Cayla, I’m 35 and just moved to upstate NY from UT. The last 4 years have been a wild journey, with big weight swings, having lost about 30lbs in 2020-2021 only to gain it back in 2022/23. A huge contributor to this being alcohol and mental health issues that have kept me from taking care of myself. I’m on the upswing, sober, final…Read More
