Didn’t hit my carbs today. We were working in our back yard all day. I did prioritize protein and made sure I got it in but just don’t feel very hungry. I hope everyone had an amazing day!! 🫶🏻

Yesterday I completed week 5 of the 4 day split and I decided to do an extra high intensity workout this morning. Looking forward to Easter and resting this weekend!

Just started with the 3 day split, fully body A – haven’t been in the gym in 2 months
I did 20 mins of stairs and then 30 min workout, all before 5am
My weights were
Deadlift 120lbs
Dumbbell chest press 30lbs
Cable row 55lbs
Lateral raise 5lbs
Leg press 150lbsAll that to say, I’m very proud of myself and so happy to be here!!

I’m going to stick with it at least another month. I like it! Takes about 1hr to 1hr 30 to run through depending on the day and warmup. Like the 90 second count and volume for hypertrophy!

Happy hump day! I hope everyone is having a wonderful week. I’ve been fighting a sore throat and praying it’s only allergies. The weather here in Washington state can’t make up its mind if it wants to be hot and sunny or rainy and ugly. And I live in central Washington so we get tons of snow and beautiful HOT summers.

I am so sorry. This is currently happening with my grandpa. He transitioned to inpatient hospice 2 days ago and is now unresponsive. It’s been so hard on my whole family, with me being out of state it’s been even harder.

Eh they weren’t that great. I’m eliminating eggs right now and I was wanting something sweet to bake. So I found a vegan cookie recipe to try. It satisfied the sweet tooth but they were pretty gummy. I threw the batch out this morning so I didn’t eat them just to eat them.

Woohoo! That is GREAT! I find that the non-scale, non-metrics wins are noticed way before the data. Like my TOE RING was loose in my ski boot last Friday…. could not figure out the weird sensation until I took my boot off at the end of the day. Was like YES!!! My 2nd toe lost bulk!! Whoop!

Had a great weekend! Decided my goal was track even if I went over. I have tended to want to go mindless on the weekends as if that means it didn’t happen! So tracked everything and only ended up going over about 200 calories on Sunday and on track Saturday!

Had a really rough day today with my three young kids. I was definitely stress eating. I didn’t track accurately – these are the macros I did track and I didn’t capture everything. Trying not to beat myself up and just hoping for a better day tomorrow.
