  • Busy day at the clinic today, but stayed on track. It’s a beautiful day in Washington so just finished a nice long walk with my husband and my dog.

    • Very Nice, Mandy! I’ll be skiing again hopefully this weekend, then might pack up the winter stuff and start pulling out the hiking gear and kayak to start exploring. I need to find some more walking places – my neighborhoods surrounding me are getting dull. Maybe if I had a doggo to walk…. 🙃

      • I can’t wait for warm weather. I’m gonna do more paddle boarding this year for sure. I LOVE to hike but the rattlesnakes are so bad in central Washington where I live that I won’t hike here. 🙁 If I don’t have my husband or my dog to walk I just throw on some headphones and turn on a podcast to listen to.

  • Holy exhaustion today. My three kids had the day off school so in between working a full day while trying to entertain them, exercising, grocery shopping and clearing out the house getting ready for our renovation this weekend I am totally spent. Logged over 16,000 steps though and kept macros fairly in check. G’night!

      • Thanks for asking. Still struggling with some things. I’m working really hard on doing things that are important to me and things I know make me feel good. Had a great workout today, ate good. Don’t get my step count in but that’s ok. I’ve hit it the last 5 days and exceeded it my a couple thousand each day.

        • That’s awesome!! If you can win most areas of most days that is going to show long term, in how you feel mostly. Great job getting after it today.

    • Hey Becca! There is legs twice on each four-day split. And on the beginner three day full body split there was legs mixed in every day. Private message me if you’re not seeing all the days. There is definitely more than one leg day.

  • Not feeling myself today. Got out for a 30 minute walk but that was about it. I didn’t eat till about 1pm with everything going on. So that helped me probably not go way over on Calories. Still met my protein goals but not my fiber today lol

  • Had a good day, but I am BEAT! Little sleep last night with late-arriving flight, and birthday dinner and little party for my grand-daughter. I managed to hit my macros though, even with the big dinner I prepared. That felt GOOD. Wishing everyone an awesome weekend!

  • Didn’t hit either, short waking hours today! I wanted icecream for the past 3 days and was planning to get it. We got busy and I was craving it so much. My fiancé let me know there were better options at home and reminded me about how I would feel after. Didn’t end up getting the icecream and had some frozen tru fru at home!

  • Update on my injury: Worked legs pretty good yesterday. I did not do squats( one of my favorite lifts) but I did do the leg Press squat machine. Got up to around 7 plates on each side. My groin injury is feeling good at the moment. Hopefully I’ll get to get back to my squats and powerlifting soon. I’ve got a meet at the end of June that I’m hoping to hit

    • Way to stay disciplined. I have chocolate and candy at the clinic in my face all day and some days I want to eat it so bad, but I have done so good and stayed away from eat because I know I’ll eat way over my macros 😂😂

  • Slightly off my game today but dinner was AMAZING!!! I love me a good steak. I’m definitely pre planning for tomorrow because my husband and I are going to finish laying sod so our yard will finally be done!!! I can’t wait! When I get in the groove of working in the yard, I don’t eat so I know I need to make sure I’m prepared.

  • Went out to dinner with friends last night. it was a super late dinner which I know my body does not enjoy so I ate beforehand and then ordered some edamame to split among the group. Made it within my macros and my digestion was way better not eating a heavy dinner late at night.

  • Went to a brewery for my parents anniversary tonight and they had a food truck with smash burgers. I didn’t eat and I don’t drink so it was easy to hit my goals. I came home and had dinner ready to be warmed up. Thankful for my husbands support because he waited to eat with me when we got home. Today was a great day! 🙌🏼
