  • One of our meals from today was kinda thrown together. I have roasted veggies in the freezer so I threw in tuna that’s been marinating in soy sauce and needs some extra protein. So I threw in a frozen tilapia. It was perfect.

  • I’m working really hard to be consistent with my workouts and tracking my food. But also not beating myself up when I don’t get it all done. Had a great leg workout today, felt strong. But also those Bulgarian split squats, love to hate them cuz they work.

    • I learned to track at least my dinner ahead of time to balance macros and portions. It is a game changer for hitting my goals. Like tonight I ate a much larger portion of the meat / protein and smaller portion of the veggies / carbs than I would have naturally dished up. I loaded the recipes in MFP first to balance how many grams of each I needed.…Read More

    • Have you tried doing refeeds. When I did a long cut last year I did a refeed sometimes every week but mostly every two weeks to get my energy up and body ready to keep going. If I remember correctly it’s 150-300 cals extra and mostly carbs. Usually I made a pasta

      • I need to try that. I feel like that would work way better than just trying to stay in a full cut for 12 weeks or whatever the timeline might be.

  • Tracked but could not post on Friday so here it is. Didn’t have my laptop up in the mountains and could not remember my passcode for the site for my phone. Anyway, did well with my macros… even with a really nice dinner out with my youngest son — fave place in Breckenridge – Kenosha.

  • Went to dinner for my daughter’s birthday and was able to stay on track and it felt good. Today was a great day. Woke up and lifted weights, did cardio, got my hair done, went to a Pilates class with my daughter and some other girls and then dinner.

      • I feel like now that I don’t drink alcohol it is so much easier to stay on track. I even woke up down in lbs after eating a meal out. I thought for sure I would be up a little because macros are never exact when you go out and eat with lots of salt, etc but it was a win.

  • Busy day working today but I’m happy to have work picking up. It’s definitely easier to hit my step goals and active goals when I’m naturally moving more. Should start seeing the weight drop the next few weeks with staying consistent. I’m working on getting my water up too. I seemed to neglect that last few weeks and usually I’m so good at it! 😫
