I have to take my son back to Seattle tomorrow morning at 5am so he can catch his flight to Hawaii. This weekend didn’t end up the way we planned but I feel so blessed that I was able to spend some time with him. My mama heart is sad that he is leaving. I’m not sure when I will see him again and it sucks. 😢

Feeling so much better getting back on track! Didn’t get points 4/19 or 4/20. Had 2 fun meals that put me over on cals and under on protein. Those fueled my workout today bc I feel like I killed it! 9 weeks left until the wedding!

One of our meals from today was kinda thrown together. I have roasted veggies in the freezer so I threw in tuna that’s been marinating in soy sauce and needs some extra protein. So I threw in a frozen tilapia. It was perfect.

I’m working really hard to be consistent with my workouts and tracking my food. But also not beating myself up when I don’t get it all done. Had a great leg workout today, felt strong. But also those Bulgarian split squats, love to hate them cuz they work.

I learned to track at least my dinner ahead of time to balance macros and portions. It is a game changer for hitting my goals. Like tonight I ate a much larger portion of the meat / protein and smaller portion of the veggies / carbs than I would have naturally dished up. I loaded the recipes in MFP first to balance how many grams of each I needed.…Read More

Have you tried doing refeeds. When I did a long cut last year I did a refeed sometimes every week but mostly every two weeks to get my energy up and body ready to keep going. If I remember correctly it’s 150-300 cals extra and mostly carbs. Usually I made a pasta
