Made one of my very favorite Lillie recipes tonight. Made a larger portion of it to share with my son’s family as well – increased by 50%. Good day. Felt better and not quite as tired. My workout felt great. Winding down the week after tomorrow and then off to Mexico next week!! Woohoo! Food was good. I noticed eating a little something before the gym really helped my energy level a lot — good to know and practice that habit.
Calories – 60 under
Protein – 9 gm over-
Great job. How exciting that you’re going to Mexico. Have so much fun!!!!! 🌞🌞

Hey everyone! Just new to the collective. I am trying to cut right now, and was wondering if you had any tips to work on not having as many “BLT’s” (bites, licks, and tastes) as Brad would call them. Those are always what gets me. Thanks in advance!

Hey Louisa! I’ve found the best way to be – making sure I have snacks around that fit my macros that I can enjoy in the place of other foods

I have been more aware of BLT’s. If I know I will be tempted in a particular circumstance (like when guests and perhaps different / yummy foods and treats are around), I actually plan them with an allowance of sorts for my day. I also log them immediately and assess them honestly in MFP to balance. By knowing I have to log them right away, it…Read More

I’m so excited to do the 30 strong challenge with you guys starting May 1st! And for those who just finished the deficit challenge, you’re gonna have back-to-back challenges, It might feel like a lot😅 but the good news is, 30 strong actually has nothing to do with your food.. So hopefully you’ll be good to rock it with the rest of us!

Spent 12 hours in the car driving from NC to MI today! I pre logged everything and stuck to all my foods!!! THEN TO GO OVER ON ALMONDS🤦🏼♀️ I actually counted the serving size out then continued to eat them which put me over.

Go back to maintenance calories. I’ve adjusted my macros too, but lowered mine a bit more.
