8 months, 2 weeks agoI’m excited to have some people in the calorie deficit with! It’s a lot harder doing things alone. I’m in knee deep into my busy season for work. Sitting at a desk when I’m not running after my kids so my nutrition this time of year usually is grab and go! I really appreciated the podcast episode today with lists of fat loss foods! Thanks Brad! Calorie goal is 1700 with protein at 155g, carbs at 150g and fat at 53g.
