      Great job finishing strong, everyone! This has been a fun month, and we want to thank everyone for participating. We will be reviewing the submissions and announcing the winners by March 5th! If you are a winner, we will message you with instructions on how to collect your prize.

      WHAT’S NEXT?

      Just because the challenge is over doesn’t mean you should stop aiming for 10k steps. This challenge was designed to help you establish a daily movement routine, and research shows that reaching 10k steps can improve your health and longevity!

      Let’s continue building on this habit. Keep up with your steps this month and let’s introduce a new habit into your daily routine. If you’re interested in losing some weight, we will be starting our calorie deficit challenge on Monday. Stay tuned for that announcement. If weight loss isn’t your goal, we encourage you to set another target for yourself. It could be meeting your daily water intake goal, sticking to a nutrition plan to achieve your desired fitness objectives, etc… Let’s start habit stacking!

      Regardless of your goal, keep striving to hit your step target every day.

      Also, keeping your steps up will prepare you for what is coming after the calorie deficit challenge😉

      • As mentioned habit stacking and incrementalism.. knowing and planning on when you can get a couple hundred in here and there. before work, doing chores around the house, breaks, cooking, in between sets, Brads laundry technique! Loved that Ally mentioned pacing the hallway.
