      Since I am lifting 4 days a week again and doing cardio, IM HUNGRY!!! I have to have all the snacks. I have wheat thins, protein meat stick, pistachios, sugarfree syrup to go with my protein pancakes and egg whites for lunch and in the fridge I have a protein bar, cucumbers and protein shake. LAWD have mercy I’m an oinker. 😂😂😂 Who else notices how hungry they are since you’ve been lifting more consistent?

      • Always hungry! Seriously though after the first few days starting into a cut and getting past the resistance curve, that irritable little gnawing feeling goes away for me… then towards the end of the cut it comes back and is pretty much constant.
