Had a pretty busy day yesterday. Leadership training at 8:30 am and then flights from charlotte>Atlanta> St. Louis and then a 90 minute drive to Springfield Illinois. I had to wake up an hour early to get on the hotel treadmill. That’s always my hack when traveling. Great way to start the day on a positive note. I’ve been locked in on 10k plus steps for 5+ years. So much so that I almost can’t end my day unless I hit hag number. It’s amazing how we can train our minds and make things habit. Cheers!
