Skittles today. I forgot how much I like them! This has been a hoot so far. It is seriously amazing how much more in control I feel knowing I have a treat coming. I’m not sure it is my new meal plan forever but there is something to “allowing” yourself fun stuff while you are still in deficit. Just takes the pressure off a little. That could get dangerous but I think this challenge is the right idea. Because the treat is specific. Not just something like 1 treat a day. What will I have tomorrow? 😊
And guess what? I was just logging my skittles and they are only 60 calories! I could have had another 1/2 a fun size bag! 😃
