This challenge is really helping me stay committed to the person I am trying to become. My daughter and I are flying this morning to Vegas to visit family. We needed to leave for the airport by 10 am. Also I love being able to sleep in on Saturdays. So in the past I would have easily said there isn’t enough time for a walk. And then i would have felt bad because i didn’t make the time for something not only important to me but the doggos wouldn’t have gotten their walk. But the challenge motivated me because with a plane ride and then visiting no way I’m getting 10k steps. And so I got up, walked the dogs and am now sitting in the airport. I feel great, accomplished and proud of myself. So the next time I have this kind of decision I know to make the time for a walk because it will just make the whole day better.
