Had a very busy weekend moving 2 kids into college. I fell a few k steps shy each day. Lost track of time and basically didn’t eat but 1 big meal. I ran into a powerlifting meet director and he tried to convince me into competing on Oct 5, pretty much 1 month before the world finals in Vegas. I told him that I would try… so, guess I better get back eating properly and working in getting my lifts on point
