Happy day five!
Today, one of my gratitudes was having access to a home gym.
Work was extremely long with lots of emotions and my commute home is an hour. I knew if I put off my lift until after dinner, I would NOT have the energy to go another 30 minutes to the gym. So the second I got home I changed & just got it done! And then immediately went for a walk to get my steps & outdoor walk done.
