I had been struggling so much with putting effort in to my gratitude practice toward the end of the first phase, so I have kept that practice over the reading the last two days. I’m trying to figure out why I’m feeling so apathetic toward this particular part of the challenge. It’s probably just a phase, but there are so many amazing things in the world, and in my life, that a gratitude practice should be the easy part of the challenge. It’s not difficult to find things to be grateful for, but I’m working on going deeper and being more intentional and mindful.
