      We want to congratulate everyone who finished the 30 Strong Challenge! 🎉 We will be looking over everyones performance and announcing the winners soon. Now, get ready to crush 30 Strong Part 2!

      This time the daily requirements are:
      – 30-Minute outdoor activity of choice
      – 25 push-ups & 25 sit-ups
      – Nutrition compliance (of choice, more details in challenge)
      – 1 gallon water
      – 3 gratitudes or 5 pages of reading
