Yesterday, I did all the things, but completely forgot to fill out the tracker or come here to post. 🤦🏻♀️
I just watched the live on Time Management, good stuff! And I watched the Mel Robbins 5” clip on the 5 second rule and that was excellent! Especially I am guilty of being a snoozer. I think I will just snooze once then do the 5 seconds and see if that helps! I have to be at work between 6:30-7:00, so I’d really like to be up by 5 at the latest. If I hit it a few times I’m lucky to be up by 5:30.
