Sharing a moment of gratitude for this challenge. I have really committed to getting back to the one thing that always gets me back in alignment with my physical, mental, and emotional wellness…. daily walks. I have really put an emphasis on this one thing (averaging 12400 over the past week) and I can feel a difference in the other areas of my life. I have enjoyed prioritizing meditations as well. I don’t listen to my own but if you are in need of a couple guided meditations to listen to, here you go.
