Great day today! Started with a walk, then hit quads and calves at the gym, worked and snuggled baby sister!
Working on improving my nutrition right now, so if anyone has any tips on how to curb late night snacking + binging, please drop them here!
Also, I know I won’t be winning any prizes at the end of this, but that isn’t why we’re here! I’m just so proud that I’ve been able to keep these commitments and create strong habits along the way! Proud of all of you too!

I like making a high protein snack after dinner. One of my favorites is Greek yogurt with a scoop of protein powder mixed in and I like to add something with crunch like cereal, granola, or frozen berries.
