      I’ve never been a great sleeper. I have a hard time falling asleep, I’m a light sleeper and wake up frequently. However there may be something to this meditation thing. I think it’s helping me sleep better. I’ve found that nights when I meditate before bed I sleep better. I think it’s helping just quiet the brain. For this I am thankful. I am a person that needs sleep! I’ve also bought some product from cured nutrition and I think that helps too. Anyone else?

      • I’m also a light sleeper, and those cured products really help me out too. I also have a cooling bluetooth sleep mask that was a game changer for me.
