      • Today will be day 1 for me! I have a couple of questions… 1) If I journal my 3 gratitudes in the morning, do I really have to type them out all over again in the quiz? Or could I just put a few words or that it was done? 2) If I do a different outside activity such as bike or kayak for more than 30” does that count, or do I also have to walk? Thanks so much! I have failed this challenge every time in the past and I am determined to do it and do it right!

        • Hey Michelle! Yes, if you are journalling them, we can do the honors system. You can just write something like “journaled” in each. Also, we are requiring it to be a walk if you are capable. Let us know if you have any other questions!
