Happy day 1!
I did my gratitude before I left for work this morning. Practiced the five second rule the second I got home to get my walk in. And now to read my five pages!
At work I drank 80 oz of water which a coworker noticed is more than usual so THAT is telling on how much more I need to drink water during the day!
I will do my cold shower & meditation before bed!
Excited to be back in this challenge and finally show myself I can complete it. 🫶
