6 months, 3 weeks agoGooood Day. I was super tired from less than stellar sleep this week. I went to the gym, took 3 workouts and selected all my favorite things from each. It felt good, I worked hard and honored my tired body with my literal favorite exercises. It made it doable to get through. I completed steps on the track after. My food was good. I am happy with the way I tackled the day with modifications instead of calling it and not showing up. GROWTH.
