7 months agoHad a great Saturday, but fell asleep on the couch with my phone next to me after a couple long catch-up phone calls with friends – LOL So here are my macros for yesterday… got a mini workout and long walk in at the gym too – 6 days of workouts this week! Woohoo! This body needs rest today and just steps so I am ready to hit it again tomorrow.

Protein – Perfect
