2 months, 2 weeks agoI’m not sure of this challenge is still active but posting here for accountability. I decided I need to be more consistent about hitting 10k steps a day and to help with that added in an intentional 30 min walk this week. The last few days have been beautiful weather but today rainy so instead of just going home and skipping my walk I went to the gym and did a 30 min run/walk on the treadmill even though I hit my 10k prior I want to keep up the intentional walks.

Great Job!! Practice for the 30 Day strong challenge in may. It consists of a 30 min walk so you will be ahead of the game. Your doing Great!!
