7 months agoI had a terrible weekend eating wise. I’ve been in a cut linger than this challenge has been going on so maybe 10 weeks now? I think I’m not cut out for longer term cuts even though I know in the grand scheme of things it’s not that long. I feel like mini cuts are more suited for me I don’t know. Still trying to figure myself out. Going to try to stay the course though and not beat myself up too much.

Have you tried doing refeeds. When I did a long cut last year I did a refeed sometimes every week but mostly every two weeks to get my energy up and body ready to keep going. If I remember correctly it’s 150-300 cals extra and mostly carbs. Usually I made a pasta

I need to try that. I feel like that would work way better than just trying to stay in a full cut for 12 weeks or whatever the timeline might be.
