7 months, 1 week agoWent to dinner for my daughter’s birthday and was able to stay on track and it felt good. Today was a great day. Woke up and lifted weights, did cardio, got my hair done, went to a Pilates class with my daughter and some other girls and then dinner.

I feel like now that I don’t drink alcohol it is so much easier to stay on track. I even woke up down in lbs after eating a meal out. I thought for sure I would be up a little because macros are never exact when you go out and eat with lots of salt, etc but it was a win.
