Hello! I’m new here and had a question. I would say I’m an intermediate lifter since I started strength training in 2015. But obviously I’m on here because I’m looking to get better and stronger. I was looking over the weight training programs and was surprised to see that there is only one leg day a week in the programs. I guess my question is as a female lifter, who wants to work on the appearance of her lower body, which program should I do?

Hey Becca! There is legs twice on each four-day split. And on the beginner three day full body split there was legs mixed in every day. Private message me if you’re not seeing all the days. There is definitely more than one leg day.
