7 months, 2 weeks agoNot feeling myself today. Got out for a 30 minute walk but that was about it. I didn’t eat till about 1pm with everything going on. So that helped me probably not go way over on Calories. Still met my protein goals but not my fiber today lol

Good job on the protein. And always good to listen to your body – no need to push yourself if your body isn’t feeling it. Walking is always great!
