4/4! On my cycle and so bloated and craving so much food. Learning to say no to most and try to eat healthier bc I know it makes me feel better
Way to stay disciplined. I have chocolate and candy at the clinic in my face all day and some days I want to eat it so bad, but I have done so good and stayed away from eat because I know I’ll eat way over my macros 😂😂
