We have been soaking up the sun these last couple of days! I’ve been trying to be VERY intentional about my steps and I have been hitting 12-13k steps daily! It’s been so great!
How are you all being intentional about your steps? And fitness goals?
I pace in free time and do a 20 minute walk/run immediately after lifting. Workout is a set time frame during the weeks, 5:30PM start and weekends are little more flexible and usually a little more volume.
