7 months, 3 weeks agoI fell off the bandwagon for a bit. After feeling terrible at the 10 day mark, I upped my calories and carbs and got out of the habit of tracking. My energy has greatly improved and I’ve been able to go harder on my lifting/workouts. And I haven’t gained any of the weight back, but maintaining the last two weeks or so (I don’t even know how long it’s been). So, overall, a win. It’s been good to experiment and see what’s really going to work for my body long term. So, tomorrow I’m ready to start tracking again, at a lower protein level and a higher calorie level.

Way to show up here and be honest. Your body obviously needed more calories. Always listen to your body and how you feel. 💪🏼🧡
