7 months, 3 weeks agoHad a great weekend! Decided my goal was track even if I went over. I have tended to want to go mindless on the weekends as if that means it didn’t happen! So tracked everything and only ended up going over about 200 calories on Sunday and on track Saturday!
Great job!! Way to be accountable!
