7 months, 4 weeks agoI haven’t posted in awhile, so I thought I’d pop in with an update. I gave up on the official challenge because I knew I’d never post every day. I’ve been tracking most days and have had no trouble staying within calories, but still struggling with protein. I’ve had a GI issue on and off since January such that most of what I eat goes right through me. I’ve dropped weight, but pretty sure it’s through the illness rather than my intentions unfortunately. I called in January and have an appt with a gastro in May. Have seen my PCP. Not looking for medical advice, but any thoughts regarding foods that have a huge nutritional punch 🥊 would be helpful since my appetite is down. I’m not sure at this time whether I should be trying for more protein? I’ve tried to eliminate dairy, gluten, and meat and can’t discover a relationship between food and symptoms. Ugghhh.

No, I don’t think so. It seems pretty random when it becomes a little worse or a little better. 🤷🏻♀️
