1 year agoI have used my work stress as an excuse not to track. I went over but I tracked.

I used to not track if I had “bad day”. I have realized that tracking on those days offers great insights into the why’s of the “bad”. The learning from that somewhat uncomfortable data for me has been invaluable. Keep going!
