8 months agoMacros great today. I worked out late tonight and was not AT ALL hungry for dinner. I really wanted to skip it entirely. However… because of the awesome accountability of this group / challenge, as well as a great coaching session with Brad today and related discussion, I made a quick meal of greens, lean ground beef, potatoes, tomato. Once I got started eating it, was delish and just right. My body needed that meal. I am learning that sometimes my hunger cues are not reliable and that trusting my macros and the process to fuel my body is Key. (See what I did there Brad and Cass?… )
Calories – 85 under
Protein – 10 over-

Haha it’s always so hard at the end of the days if you’re not hungry and have like 600-800 calories left. So important to get it in though. I used to catch myself binging later in the week!
