Hey collective fam! I know it’s been a minute! The first trimester has been kicking my butt. I’ve been beating myself up over not making it to the gym and not following my diet the way I thought I should. (Funny how easy we show everyone else grace but we can’t do the same for ourselves). The food aversions are very real and my energy is down the 🚽.
I did make it to the gym this morning did 3/4 of my lift and 20 minutes on the elliptical! So I will be counting that as a win!
