      Great day spent with my beautiful, fun, feisty little granddaughters (almost 2 and 3 1/2). I managed to stay on track and avoid the BLT’s. Tossed all their leftovers in the trash without munching. This is not easy for me… hate wasting food… but hate blowing my nutrition goals more. The girlies were eating fruit with meals and snacks so I added those to my lunch and snacks as well. Funny… I hardly ever get near the MFP sugar “target” and today I was almost there – happy it was healthy natural sugar. I guess I didn’t realize the sugar content in some of the fruits – not bad, just more than I thought. I am more of a veggie person.
      Calories – 89 under
      Protein – 8 gm over

      • Haha I actually had a hard time with fruit. Years ago I cut out sugar completely (changed my life) I used to have a horrible horrible gut. BUT it took me awhile to view fruit in a good way again and not as “sugar” at least as bad sugar. My body can finally process things properly again lol
