8 months agoI had a lot of grab and situations today, but kept within my goals. However, I think I am going to revise my calorie count to the lower end of my range because I’m up 3lbs since we started and that is puzzling to me. So my protein goal will still be 150-155g, but my calorie count will go from 1700 to 1550. And we’ll see what happens this next two weeks🤷♀️
That’s the fun with macros is we can adjust them if needed.
