8 months agoNormally I submit via the form as not to clutter but this I’m posting, not because I hit it but because one meal….blew it out! Right or wrong I only did protein for dinner and evening to at least get the protein in. Road tripping today and stopped at this little southern breakfast place that had a buffet and some of the most amazing biscuits with gravy ever! Yes I regret my decision but I don’t regret the 2nd biscuit with gravy😂! Six hours in the car still managed to fit in a five mile technical terrain hike and weight trained when I got home. Overall a good day not a good macro day but a good day!
