I love to make my own oat milk for my coffee to limit synthetic thickeners. For some reason I found out last time that it really helped me to lose weight by eliminating my creamer that has gums in it (silk) even tho I tracked it. So here we are! I also do a hemp milk sometimes! Also it’s hecka cheaper 😂😜
I just do 2 cups oats to 8 cups water and then I add two scoops vanilla protein powder, Vanilla and cinnamon!
