8 months, 1 week agoIt was a looong day! Busy season had be working at my desk for HOURS today. I still got 9,900 steps and stayed on my nutrition target because I decided to choose discipline and sticking to my plan rather than stress eating. Plus a walk outside helped curb the craving, grounded me, and helped me fill my lungs with fresh air!

Kris — that is so great! Bravo! I struggle with this scenario as well… very long work days and feeling exhausted and stressed at the end of the day. I really like the walk outside to reset… great idea.
