8 months, 1 week agoI did not meet my goals on Friday but I did track everything honestly and didn’t allow my flexibility to become a bender, so that is a win in my book. The weekends can be tough for me because when we go out and do things, but I also know it’s possible to have fun and lose weight at the same time, so I’m committed to finding a rhythm that lets me do that. Have a great weekend!

For sure a win! Tracking everything is how you learn more about how your body feels. I love knowing how much everything is.

Love the honesty! Trying to figure out our family food culture on the weekends with 9 people living in this house is crazy, but I know it’s doable! We’re in this together!

It’s when I stop tracking that I find myself not being mindful and going off the rails so it’s great you kept tracking! I’m with you weekends are much harder than weekdays for me
