        Agreed! So helpful! Plus it’s the first call I’ve been able to hop on and it was so nice to see others, hear their voices and listen! Listening to you reminded me of the time when I exclusively worked out at home because of all the littles around! You got this! I’ll even hop on my trainer and ride tomorrow “with” you! I don’t have a peloton, but we could “workout together”!

          Thank you so much for writing this, Kris. The more I shared, the more self-conscious I started to feel on that call 😬. This has been a hard season of life for sure but I just cannot give up on myself. I would love to ride together! Not sure what time zone you are in but I’m in Pacific . We’ll be out tomorrow starting mid-day but I’m home in the morning. If not, another time soon would be awesome!
