8 months, 2 weeks agoEh didn’t have the best day today. I was hungry and had the munchies and was pretty active today so that might be why. Trying not to dwell on it though. Will try to do better tomorrow!

Definitely important to listen to your body. Usually when I’m cutting I need a refeed every two weeks depending on how active I am

Yeah some days I’m usually just way more hungry or it’s just a mental thing. I love protein so could overeat that all day everyday too 🙂

Love your honesty. I caved in to some munchies today too and to be honest… it was totally worth it those cookies were amazing. Except I only had 2 cookies instead of a million and for that I’m proud. Little wins 🙂
