      We just got done doing our first point round up and everyone is crushing it!

      We have updated the overview page with new scoring metrics. They are technically the same as before but we scaled things for simplicity.

      Hitting within 100 calories each day: 5 points per day.

      Hitting with 10 g. of protein: 5 points per day.

      Commenting and posting in the group: 1 point per with a max of 3 points per day.

      We want everyone to be actively motivating and engaging with each other! The best part about this challenge is we are all in this together! So the commenting and posting points will be a huge factor.

      Please submit your calories even if you didn’t hit your goals and let us know what happened and how you intend on improving tomorrow. That way we are all accountable and don’t fall off the wagon.
