~ Calories 70 under.
~ Protein 9 g over.
No real movement – unanticipated cortisone shot in my foot / ankle for “Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome” and completely numb foot and ankle for 9 hours. Still feels crazy.
Tomorrow is another day for the gym and more steps.

I have been using Lillie Eats & Tells recipes to meal prep and they generally have REALLY good macro components and high protein, lower calorie ideas. I am dairy free so she also has great options there too. Her cookbooks are amazing but a little pricey. She has lots of free recipes that she posts on her blog and webpage if you sign up for her email newsletter. My other protein tricks are dairy free Greek yogurt, protein powder mixed in my yogurt and oats. I eat Streak Strips jerky for added snack protein.
