8 months, 2 weeks agoI finished today’s goals. Also day 2 no wine. I definitely need to resume my walks now that my husband is home. I am literally a sedentary shut-in otherwise because I work remotely from home. It’s been a real double-edged sword these past 4 years. I also need to meal plan and stop eating random stuff to meat my protein goals 🤣

Yes, I’m going to have to find a way to meal prep for next week for sure. I just have such an aversion to leftovers 🤢

Day 2 no wine, good for you! With Ingrid we have a great “wine substitute” for night time. We take Grape Zevia and put frozen cherries and a touch of cherry juice in. Served in a wine glass, it satisfies the craving 🤣
