Hi my name is Terri. I’m a 58 year old mom of 4 young adults and one stubborn Goldendoodle. I’m surviving menopause and trying to get strong as ever. I exited the dieting hamster wheel about a year ago and I started out in an adventure to get strong. I’ve been lifting consistently for almost a year and feel great. I’ve listened to almost all of Brad’s podcasts and really wanted to give myself training options. I’m looking forward to the accountability too since I may try a small deficit after eating in surplus and lifting heavy for the last 6 months.

Thank you for posting! I am responsible for 1 young man and 2 stubborn dogs myself haha. I’m excited to hear you’ve jumped ship on the diet hamster wheel and are looking towards building up your strength. The difference it will make in how you feel is incredible.
